If you’re like me, you may not even realize how bad you feel until you start feeling good.

I thought constantly running on empty, feeling crappy, not being motivated to tackle my stuff at the office and being exhausted all day was just the “normal” result of getting older.

In my attempt to “get healthy” (which really had nothing to do with health… you know… it was really just about losing weight…), I joined the gym, starved my body and took those “magic” diet pills.

But what happened was… I managed to discover the real “magic” of health.

I balanced my blood sugar, reset my gut microbiome, reset my hormones and reduced the inflammation that was driving my body crazy.

And, it all started in 10 short days when I detoxed from the sugar and processed food I was eating and started supplementing my body with the nutrients it was missing.

It wasn’t easy...

To be honest, I started out thinking there was absolutely no way I could go 10 days without my beloved Diet Vanilla Coke (which I'd been drinking 2 a day for years!).

But today, I haven’t had a soda of any kind in over 5 years – it’s not even a temptation.

And, to be even more brutally honest, the first 3 days were kinda miserable the first time I went through the detox program.

My mistake…

  • I did it all by myself – just white-knuckled through it.

  • I didn’t adequately prepare.

  • I didn’t understand why I was craving and addicted to all the crappy food. I actually thought a lot of it was healthy… I just didn’t know the truth.

  • And, I was still focused on the scale and not the function of my body.

But by the end of the detox, I was so proud of myself and couldn’t believe how good I felt and looked!!!

My weight dropped, I got off 2 blood pressure meds, I said goodbye to those debilitating hot flashes, slept better than I had in years, drastically lowered the inflammation in my body and stress actually became manageable!

I’ll never forget my friend asking me what was different about me because my eyes looked so much brighter.

Now, I routinely “detox” and have helped many others do it as well… painlessly and with much more success.
